Category’s under which abstracts to be submitted
Submission dates
- Submission opens – 15/05/2024
- Deadline for submission – 30/09/2024
- Notification to authors – 10/11/2024
Terms & Conditions:
- For Submitting the abstract delegate must be a member of IAPM & have a IAPM membership number.
- Registration is mandatory for APCON in the member’s category for submitting the abstract.
- One author can submit only one abstract.
- The oral paper & poster Evaluation will be held on 13th & 14th December 2024 in-between the IAPM Program.
- Please ensure careful submission of the abstract, as no changes will be accepted after final submission.
The Abstract for ORAL paper should be submitted in the following format:
- Word count should be not more than 250 words.
- Font Style- Times new roman.
- Font Size- 12 with double space.
- Abstract body- Background, Aim, Materials & Methods, Result and Conclusion with Key words 4-6.
- Full name, Email, designation and affiliation of all authors should be provided.
- Presenting author's name should be first and underlined.
- No references, tables or images to be added in the abstract.
- The work should be an unpublished work and there should be no conflict of interest.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
The Abstract for POSTER should be submitted in the following format:
- Abstract word count should be not more than 250 words.
- Font Style- Times new roman.
- Font Size- 12 with single space.
- Abstract body- Introduction, Materials & Methods, Result and Discussion with Key words 4-6.
- Full name, Email, designation and affiliation of all authors should be provided.
- Presenting author's name should be first and underlined.
- No references, tables or images to be added in the abstract.
- The work should be an unpublished work and there should be no conflict of interest.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
